The amazing dobermans – 1976

Fred Astaire – Barbara Eden – James Franciscus in The amazing dobermans – 1976

On the run from the dangerous loan shark, Solly Kramer, for owing him $12,000, Lucky, a small-time crook, is rescued from the mobster’s henchmen by the kindly former convict, Daniel Hughes, and his highly trained Dobermanns. As Lucky strikes up an acquaintance with a circus performer, Samson, and the beautiful bareback rider, Justine, he talks Daniel into joining an act with his dogs, only to realise that Solly has already set his sights on robbing an armoured car crammed with the circus’ earnings. Now, it is up to Lucky to do the right thing. Can the amazing Dobermanns thwart the gangster’s criminal plans?
